Had problem with my 3D prophet 4500 tv-out. :D

I have a 3D prophet installed on an Asus A7N8X-X. I've done the bios mod and the hardware one too. I'm installing the drivers for Kyro almost every one and the drivers for my monitor. I set the parameters and everything is working fine. BUT when i'm restarting my PC after windows screen everything is blank. So safe mode unistall etc. In the events viewer i get the following error

Could someone help me with the problem i'm facing?
BTW the settings in the BIOS are set as they should be.

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:

This is normal. If you start in safe mode the drivers are not loaded and will present a bunch of errors in the log. You must take a look at the date and time to get the correct error messages for the restart before this safe mode.
